La suite de l'Amiral
Located at the top of one of the towers of the Castle, it plays its role of lookout with an exceptional 360° view of the Entre-deux-Mers. Private bathroom and toilet. (61m2)
La chambre de l'Evêque
A beautiful room with its 4m high ceiling and majestic family wardrobe. It was reserved for the Bishop during his visit. A balcony and large windows overlook the castle grounds.
La chambre de l'Echauguette
This living room with a beautiful view of the vineyards and surrounding woods, is also in one of the towers of the Castle. Its bathroom is hidden in the tower and closed by a trompe l’œil door. Private bathroom and toilet. (24m2)
Our cottages
La Mansion
La Mansion is a property on the Château de Castelneau estate, set among vines, woods and arable fields and is ideal for walks and cycle rides.
Built around the south-west tower of the Château, it is a former dwelling of « the men at arms », responsible for the defence of the property.
The stylishly decorated and furnished interior combines warm and welcoming colours with old family pieces and contemporary seating. It will appeal to lovers of old buildings seeking an authentic dwelling that does not compromise on modern comfort.
The cottage includes
Ground floor : entrance, dining room with open fireplace for winter evenings, living room with television, fully equipped kitchen with table for informal meals.
First floor : 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Outside : table, chairs. Relax beneath the chestnut tree and dine in the shade of the vine arbour.
The swimming pool situated on the estate is for all our guests.
