Diane and Loic are very warm hosts, very attentive to the needs of the bride and groom and their family, and they made us feel like royalty! The setting is unique, exceptional, it has a soul, nothing to do with the «commercial» places we had seen elsewhere. We felt at home in Castelnau, a bit like in a magnificent family home, and our guests were unanimous in their praise.

We spent four days in the historic «Salle de l'Évêque» with our extremely friendly and welcoming hosts, Diane and Loïc de Roquefeuil. The visit with the chatelain was fascinating, instructive and entertaining. We enjoyed the warm welcome and were able to make some wonderful excursions in the Bordeaux region from here. Many thanks to our hosts and their excellent restaurant recommendations... we'll be back with pleasure!

We got married at Château de Castelneau in May 2023 - it was love at first sight! Mr and Mrs de Roquefeuil are adorable and give very good advice. They are restoring this beautiful property with taste and passion. Their welcome is perfect and we had an absolutely magical weekend. We highly recommend it!

We were delighted to celebrate our wedding at Château de Castelneau in July 2023. The estate is beautiful and pleasant, the hall is adaptable to the theme we wanted, the château gave our party a touch of character, and the trees in the garden provided pleasant shade on those beautiful days. The gîtes were very comfortable throughout the weekend. Organisation and communication were smooth and seamless, with no difficulties whatsoever despite the inevitable material and unforeseen events.

A huge thank you to Mr and Mrs de Roquefeuil for their incredible welcome at our wedding in July 2025. This château has a soul and the owners do everything to make it exceptional! We were welcomed like royalty and our guests were overwhelmed by the beauty of the place! We're leaving with stars in our eyes. Thank you again for this sublime wedding and your availability!
